The Satellites is a performance company for people living with dementia, their loved ones and their carers.
Participants are invited to collaborate with Tricky Hat artists who use performance, film and music to explore people’s experiences, hopes and dreams. They performed for the first time in Spring 2020 at Festival Theatre (Empire’s room), Edinburgh.
This project is in collaboration with Capital Theatres Edinburgh.
The Satellites are now back in a new shape! This time, the collaboration will be exclusively digital to comply with COVID-19 government guidelines. Weekly sessions will take place between Wednesday 14th April-26th May, 10.30-12pm on Zoom.
A final film will be created out of all participant’s contributions.
