Digital artist

Since graduating from Duncan of Jordanstone College of Art and Design in 2005, with a BA honors degree in ‘Time Based Art’ I have been working as a freelance digital artist, part-time college lecturer, documentary film maker and Audio Visual Designer for live performance.

Work to date includes:

‘The Missing Audio Journey` a site specific sound installation at Tramway for the National Thearte of Scotland, where by individuals where instructed to navigate through Tramway and out into the Hidden Gardens listening to stories from the local community about what `missing` means to them.

‘Roadkill’ a multi award winning theatre production at this years Edinburgh Fringe festival for Ankur Productions and Pachamama Productions about a young girl who is sex trafficked from Nigeria to Scotland.

‘Wall of Death’, a multimedia performance in collaboration with National Theatre of Scotland Stephen Skrynka, documenting his quest to learn to ride the Wall of Death with the world-famous Ken Fox Troupe.

‘Mixter Maxter’, an Installation I created in Orkney with the community of Kirkwall and a team of artists, in conjunction with a performance/ theatre event at the St Magnus Festival and National Theatre of Scotland.

‘Whatever Gets You Through The Night’, I worked with some of Scotland’s most distinctive novelist, poets, musicians, songwriters to create a video design for a live perfomace at The Arches .

‘GRIT – The Martyn Bennett Story’, a theatrical exploration of one of Scotland’s most innovative musical maverick visionaries, Martyn Bennett. Created with Pachamama for Tramway.
